One of the most exciting features in the upcoming WordPress 3.0, the custom Menus, has been updated and it now looks much more polished and integrated into the Admin back end of WordPress. You can now add a page, a post, media, tags, categories and even custom links with just a couple of clicks. There’s also a widget for you to drop your menu wherever you want.

One interesting new feature coming up in WordPress 3.0 will be the Menu Management as we discussed earlier. This feature will allow any user to configure on the WP Admin a new menu including items such as pages, categories and links. Now, as much as I love this new feature, since it will make non-tech savvy users life much easier, the design is inconsistent with the rest of the WP Admin interface. I’ve given it a shot and designed how it could look to follow the standard styling of the WP Admin interface.

Now that the mistery surrounding Google and its new social platform has been unveiled, Google Buzz doesn’t look like something that would make you switch from Facebook or Twitter. But the real power of Buzz might lie on its integration with mobiles. Google posted this interesting video boasting some cool features running on Nexus One.
